As statutory consultees, each planning application is considered by the Council either at our Parish Council meetings, when deadlines allow, or by circulation to members using the Clerks delegated authority.  The Parish Council does not make the final decision on a planning application, but our views are taken into consideration by the Cheshire East Planning department.
